Fantastic little emergency radio lets me crank charge a built in battery to charge my devices in an emergency outage. There is an emergency siren that is quite loud (which I accidentally activated during a meeting) . It looks sturdy and capable with a lot of features like a flashlight and solar charging. You should make sure it is charged up occasionally in addition to keeping some AAA batteries with it just in case. I hope I never have to use it.

I bought this in June 2025, I forgot I put Triple A batteries in it and forgot about it. I should not have left them in there. They needed to be thrown away just now when I went check but what was really amazing the Flash Light worked, it was dim but then I used the hand crank and it began playing FM radio! I will take better care of it! I had bought a case for it and I have it conveniently stored in my home office. It is ready to go! Love it! So, it last at least 9 months! Very loud speaker, ease to use! I am so happy I bought it! Very reliable! Thank you for reminding me I had it! Great Price, well worth it! My sister told me able it!

Great little solar radio. I bought it for emergencies but ended up placing it in our kitchen window to listen to local FM stations. I've really enjoyed getting back into the analog life with it while cooking-- but unfortunately the radio function (probably the actual speaker) just quit after a few months. It's definitely charging and the flashlight still works but need to find a radio replacement. If you want something legit solar powered for life's big but short events, this is a great option

This radio is GREAT! SO easy to use and figure it out. Lots of radio stations can tune it and the weather channels are very helpful! The sound quality is very good for a small radio. It can fit in a backpack and I believe it will last a long time.

FosPower NOAA Emergency Weather Radio works as described. Easy to setup, solar charge or use batteries. The light is bright, it is durable (dog accidently knocked off coffee table); the volume & sound quality are dependent on your reception of the NOAA broadcasting. I usually have to fiddle with it a little to get good reception, as it seems with most antenna devices. When Internet or power is out, it is my only access to the weather reports. I have yet to try the USB charging capabilities as I try to keep chargers charged & electronic devices charged as well. It gives me piece of mind, knowing I have this in case of an emergency.

We live in tornado alley, so this is a must-have for us during tornado season.

We keep it in our shelter and it works great when we need it. It gives us peace of mind knowing we have a reliable way to get updates if the power goes out.

Would I recommend? Yes—especially if you live in storm-prone areas

Solar is up to .15 watts, not enough to leave a charger in without a phone plugged into it. One full charge got my phone from 1% to 25%. But everything else is meh for the price and does at least function.
