I purchased two of these over the past 4 months for two different locations. This thing is a beast! It is heavy, first and foremost. This is not a toy. It is not a small lithium ion starter you buy from HF. This jump box is well built, and strong and will start just about anything! I literally started a Cat 977 with two dead batteries and the machine had not been run in years. This jump box did not even flinch! I have started many trucks, from F250's up the tandem dump trucks without any problems. You get what you pay for and this is a good value for the month. It is simple, no frills, no modern electronics but it does the job and does it very well. Know what you are doing when you use it because there is a lot of power coming from this box.

Can’t say enough good things about this thing. It’s a UNIT. Bought about 4 years ago and I think I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had to even charge it. I use it on diesel trucks and heavy equipment often and it’s never let me down. I’ve had other chargers in the past that couldn’t touch this thing or only had a few minutes worth of crank time if you’re trying to get something running and then they die out. The only minor down fall I could possibly mention is it’s heavy. But if you’re an able bodied person you’ll be fine.

Stopped working after 2 months – can’t start my truck anymore! I bought the Clore Automotive JNC1224 jump starter in December 2024. At first, it worked great — strong power, easy to use, and seemed reliable. But after only 2 months of use, it completely stopped charging. Now it won’t hold any charge at all and is completely useless when I try to jump-start my truck.

I rely on this tool for work, and it let me down at a critical time. This is a $380+ product — I expected much better durability.

Pros (while it worked):

– Strong initial power

– Easy to carry and use

Cons:

– Stopped working after 2 months

– Won’t charge or jump-start anymore

I have tried many Jump Starters over the years and while some do the job on my vehicles, this was has provided by far the most cranking time. I have used it about 10 times already and even while trying to get my son's 85 Vette running the box never lost power.

Originally I thought it was expensive, but I went ahead and bought it because it had such great reviews. I will say now that while I think it might still be slightly overpriced, It is a great value overall and I would buy it again, provided this one proves itself to be durable and long lasting as well.

A short charge from a wall outlet provides a surprising number of starts.

Item was just as expected and arrived on time.

I work for a mobile mechanic for a landscaping & construction Company, we keep this unit in our service truck and we use it all the time from company vehicles all the way to our largest heavy equipment. this tool is a must have!

I would give this zero stars if I could. It quit working after 1 use. The company would not answer calls or respond to email. Such a bummer for the cost.
