I love this GPS tracker! It’s super easy to set up and gives me peace of mind knowing exactly where my dog is at all times. The app works great, and the battery lasts for days. It’s lightweight, waterproof, and perfect for our walks and trips. Totally worth it!

I got this tracker for my dog and it’s been such a relief knowing I can check in on her anytime. It’s small, super lightweight, and doesn’t bother her at all on her collar. The setup was super easy and the app is very user-friendly. I love that the battery lasts a good amount of time (like close to 2 weeks before recharging) and that it’s waterproof, which is a must since my dog is always outside running around.

The alerts give me peace of mind, and I’ve even used the LED light feature at night to spot her quickly in the yard. It feels durable, and I don’t worry about it breaking if she’s roughhousing. Overall, it’s been a really great investment for keeping my baby safe and giving me peace of mind.

Was really excited but it didnt last ONE day. Setting up is not the easiest and I work on computers. Our golden retriever got out the first day and it couldn't locate him. We are in central valley California with lots of cell towers around but it would only say location lost. I thought we had it working when first set up but maybe I just didnt do it right. It shouldn't be this difficult to set up. We have no fence around our house and its just a bunch of cherry trees for about 40 acres but but I dont want him getting near the busy road down the way. I had high hopes for this one. He got into water on the outskirts of the orchard and the sticker of the back with the QR code washed off. Ive tried to reconnect but now it wont even turn on. This product would probably be fine for city pets but not for country dogs who like to visit friends on nearby farms. Sad to have to return.

Update: I ordered the Tractive and its following amazingly, so far. Pet gps devices are just not up to quality yet. Its more costly, but I just need something that works. Plus the details like the QR code are printed on the device, not a sticker like this one.

Set up the geo fence. 165x165 yards. Well, by the time my dog reaches that point- he’s out on the highway.

It’s easy to use, the location is accurate, and the app works well. The battery lasts long, and it’s waterproof, which is great. You need a subscription, but the tracker gives real peace of mind. Good product for keeping your dog safe.

This is a great value for its effectiveness. Got this for a camping trip with friends so if we turned away from our pup for a minute we do not have to worry about losing her. She loves to chase critters. She luckily stayed close so did not need to use the features. We love the remote light/beep features but with they were a bit louder/brighter. The Geofence feature looks useful for a large area but the minimal size is a bit too large for a campsite and the GPS ping was off by about 200 yards so we couldn't really use that feature. Still a great purchase for monitoring a large area and will give you close proximity to the location if your pet runs off to where you should still see the light and hear the beeping when you trigger it close-by

These trackers are amazing!! I have purchased 2 and they have been wonderful. The tracking is very accurate, the app is easy to navigate, and their customer support is extremely helpful. I was hesitant at first due to the low cost compared to many other brands, but it exceeded my expectations. I love that they give you the option of purchasing a monthly subscription with the option to cancel anytime, which allowed me to try the trackers out to see how I liked them without spending hundreds of dollars being locked into a 1-2 yr subscription like other trackers. DEFINITELY save your money and buy the Petloc8 trackers as they are just as good as the other, very expensive, GPS trackers on the market.

Had a problem with silicone attachments breaking due to my dog being a field dog and being rough on them. The chat bot wasn't great but customer service contacted me and Jarod took care of everything and mailed me out new ones. Impressed they called. Customer service 5 starts for that. Thanks PetCo!

I would rate it 3.5 stars but ended up ordering a second one so I guess it's not that bad.

Cons: doesn't work if there isn't cell service and even the live tracking in service has major delays. Short battery life, need to charge it every other day if using it alot. Wouldn't trust the geofence feature but that's not why I use it.

Pros: cheap subscription and you can do it monthly instead of annual if you only need it for summer months. The map showing you where your pet has been is a cool feature. Sending the beep is slow but works to get my dogs attention if I'm calling him and he's distracted in the bush. Honestly better than nothing and a bit of peace of mind for the camping season.

Although it says battery it last over 14 days, in less than 4 days and without live tracking continuously it running out. If using full options in less than 2 days there is no battery.
