I wish I had an extender like this 5 years! We have a small house away from our main home that my parents live in. Getting a consistent wifi signal down to their house since they moved here has been unsuccessful. We did not want to run a cable/wire down that far, about 600' so just kept searching for other alternatives. I've tried numerous extenders, upgraded my router and nothing worked. Happened across this WAVLINK extender and after reviewing many positive experiences I decided to try it. Effortless setup and within minutes I had an incredible wifi connection established for my Mom. She can now use her laptop regularly and stream various TV programs where she's been unable to do so in the past. I'm also able to stream music on my headphones without interruption while out mowing our many acres of grass. Three weeks since install and it is still working perfectly, I highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Utilized this WiFi extender to be able to stream TV in our shed 80 yards away from the main house. Absolutely no issues. Set up was definitely made easier watching the official YouTube video.

After reading several reviews and watching videos that reviewed the WAVLINK AX3000, I decided to try it. I mounted it to my chimney and replaced an existing outdoor AP I had mounted there that wasn't providing the coverage I needed for my yard. I have a 5-acre homestead with several buildings located on the property, and this device provides wifi coverage over my whole property as well as inside each of the buildings (although speed is compromised inside, internet access is still available without buffering). My son even rode down the road about a 3/10 a mile away and still had a strong signal. The directions were easy to follow and the setup was simple. The product appears to be well built as well to protect against the elements. I am pleased with the purchase and just hope it holds up for years

It does GO the distance. Very easy to install and run... But internet quality doesnt feel is there. Meaning I have 4 WYZE cameras at distance 80feet and they lag, feels slow recording. Unless theres a setting. 2.4

TLDR - has great range when it works but died in less than 6mos of use. Not reliable -Might work for 6mo or less

Bought this and the WAVLINK AX1800 Outdoor in Nov 2024 for the deer lease and set them up in Dec 2024 when I received my Starlink router. The setup is not that great, but being in IT for over 20 years I got it working. The range is great WHEN IT WORKS. I have one mounted on 1 side of our camp and the other on the other side. I could not get the "mesh" to work so not the end of the world just 2 different SSIDs (technically 4 2.4g and 5g). The WAVLINK AX3000 would go offline for days until somebody was out at there to reset it by unplugging the POE+ switch I installed so we didnt have to use the cheap poe it comes with. I ran 2 underground ethernet cables to each for redundancy and have even swapped their positions to make sure it was just the WAVLINK AX3000.

Why writing this review? The WAVLINK AX1800 is now flaking out and I wish I would have read more reviews and Good luck trying their support

Wavlink works great. I have internet on my property. 3 acres and my house next door. Easy to set up.
