I would give a 5 star for the mat itself except it has 2 snags upon opening, no carrying case & offered $30 cheaper from the same company after we paid $158. The mat is beautiful, really. Love the reinforced ends, color grey, design, size & thickness. The stakes & grommets came for added support to hold down if windy. Probably have to send back, sad. I’m changing my review to 5 stars based on customer support, which has been extremely responsive & helpful. The carrying bag is now being sent out & the price difference has been explained as shipping was not included in the price of the less expensive mat, just impressed they looked into it. Still working on what we can do about the 2 snags. Like I said the the mat itself is beautiful.

    Used it for the first time and we had heavy rain. The rain does not pool on the rug. Very nice quality rug! It is very easy to broom gravel off of it too. I was concerned about folding it back up to put it back in the bag but it turned out to be an easy task. Overall very happy with this rug, and I would highly recommend it!

    It looks good, I like the black with white Flags and squares, the white is actually a light grey which I prefer. Two different looks on each side, There are however two flaws in it, which stand out a bit. Not happy about that. Does anyone know how to get the creases out of these things?

    I bought the carpet in May, put it on my deck for 5 months, then rolled it up for the winter. The following spring I put it back on the deck and it didn't last one month. The plastic started breaking down and I am tracking bits of plastic everywhere. The carpet looks awlful.

    VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE QUALITY.

    The 3rd pic shows the door mat going into the house in one day!!!!!
