I rent an apartment in a 100 yr old house that has minimal insulation and serious draft issues, so it devours electricity during extreme weather. I use space heaters in closed off rooms/sections as needed rather than wasting money trying to heat an entire 900+ sq ft wind tunnel with 10 ft ceilings with heat pump/natural gas. It’s wasteful- Economically, eco-energetically, and financially. Winters here in the mid-southeast have become incredibly mild over the past couple of decades, so it’s just not necessary to add yet another utility bill to the monthly list of “things I give other people money for”. lol.

I bought this heater to use during our unusually cold winter of 2025/26 to warm the air around water pipes in a crawl space during the sub freezing weeks. If those pipes freeze up, all three of the occupied apartments in the house are in big trouble. The set up: To keep the heater as level and upright as possible and to ensure that the safety shut off switch was correctly engaged, I placed it on top of an old heavy duty cookie sheet on a level spot of ground (unfinished dirt crawl space - no flooring) near the pipes but well distanced from any flammable surfaces. I ran a heavy duty weatherproof extension cord out from the slightly open kitchen window(which I later sealed off with plastic and gaffer tape), through the ground level wooden door, and into the crawl space. I checked every few hours to be sure my set up stayed put and that the heater continued to run safely. {Very fortunately, we never lost power. Knock wood for future.} It never overheated - partly due to the chilly ambient air and partly from the auto controls on the heater itself - and it worked perfectly to keep the pipes from freezing up. It puts out great heat for its size, works better than I expected it to, sturdier than I expected it to be, too. On colder but not sub freezing nights, I used it to keep the cat’s personal bed area comfortable so she wouldn’t keep crawling and jumping on me all night trying to to 1)get under the covers with me to get warm and/or 2)thrashing her way out from under the covers after she’s become too warm or needs more oxygen. Conversely, I’ve used the “fan only” option (not to be confused with only fans) to keep my iPhone and iPad from overheating on the handful of 90 degree days we’ve already experienced this spring. So, A+ for versatility. I’ve been sure to keep the little heater clean, to keep it’s motor debris free and in good shape. It’s demonstrated no signs of functional difficulties at all thus far. ***In my estimation, it paid for itself the first night I used it. Pipes are intact, all housing occupants safely survived the blizzards of ‘26. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is the BEST little heater for my bathroom. I love the safety features, and it heats the small room very quickly. It is small enough to carry easily into other rooms- but is more effective in a smaller room. Love this purchase.

This is a strong little heater. With the big storm moving through I've been putting this to the test. So far it has been excellent at heating my office and keeping me toasty warm.

I recommend setting the left dial up near max and initially putting the right control on the "II" setting until your room is around what you like. At that point, set the dial to "I" and arrange the left dial until just above where it automatically turns off. That has been working pretty well for me so far.

This is a pretty good heater and I can recommend getting it for a room you intend to spend time in. It's light enough you can even bring with you to work or to some other event and then pack it up to go home. Yes, I have done this. And, yes, the others have appreciated it.

I should mention that because the heater is light that it can get knocked over by the unwary walker. Thankfully, the heater automatically shuts down until you set it upright again, so there's not much of a problem in that department.

A final point: There is a bit of an odd smell when turning up the heat. That smell fades after you "break it in", so the problem is a temporary one.

The heater is quite reasonably priced, so go ahead and give it a try.

I gave this 4 stars because unlike the others I have purchased, it was more money, but it does have a lot of heating power. And the fact that it stays on but if kicked over it automatically goes off, I really appreciate that.

These are very small heaters, but they do increase the temperature of the room I would say about 12°, which is not awesome, but it's not horrible either.

I buy these to keep my kittens warm in the winter, and I love the fact that you can actually put it outside of the door and it goes through the cracks as opposed to having it right up on them, because the actual heater base gets very hot which I don't like.

Other than that I would recommend it as a great under $30 heater.

I noticed that the plugs get very hot in the outlets from this thing, so I started putting it on an extension cord, which you're probably not supposed to do so don't take that advice. For me, I will do that especially because of the older building we live in to prevent the outlets from heating up.

This little heater has been a trooper all winter long. I have used it almost everyday and have had no issues. It puts out heat that will make it too warm for your bare skin to be closer than a foot. This works perfect for my needs and hasn’t had a single issue since purchase even with heavy use some days. I would by again.

Fan does not work. Coils seem to be heating but the fan does not turn on. Unfortunately, I didn’t open it until after the return window had closed. It is worthless.

UPDATE: Company reached out and sent a replacement. WOW! It works very well! For such a small unit it pumps out A LOT OF HEAT!!! IMPRESSIVE!!! Thank you GiveBest for caring about product quality and reputation.

For a small heater this product is the best space heater for its size I’ve ever used.

Durable. Safety features and a great price.

The product is not meant for long-term use. Bought December 1, 2025. RIP-February 18, 2026. Ordered a replacement. Still cheaper than buying propane for our RV. Heats well, keeps the chill off. We have a high-roof (9.5 -10 foot ceiling) Mini-home RV unit that is 32 feet long, with lots of windows. Two heaters keep the heavy chill off. We are comfortably chilly. Need a sweater or a light blanket when sitting still. WE use an electric blanket to warm the bed up. On days above 40 degrees, we are comfortable, sometimes turning them to the lower heat setting. We'll see how this replacement does. Still a good deal at the sale price.

This was for sale in UK Amazon site and did not state it is only for use in North America. It has US plug and is 120V 60Hz so cannot be used in the UK.

Don't buy in the UK unless you want to take it to the USA.

Very happy with this heater. It’s small but helps to maintain warmth in a room amazingly. Noise is minimal and doesn’t bother at all. It turns off every time it’s lifted up- nice safety feature.

Would certainly recommend.
