    It's really nice it's great that it has Wi-Fi and bluetooth and you can actually control it when you're not even there so that's the one thing that I really like that is definitely a 5 star feature. Out of transparency the first one I received worked flawlessly other than 1 zone was off considerably unable to do adjustment i contacted hutch mountain who in turn sent me a new unit. I will update this review once it gets here and it's functioning... Derek at hutchmountain was super helpful... New replacement received and its amazing 👏

      Replaced my 5 button Dometic rv thermostat with this product. Direct replacement, didn't have to replace the boards in the roof ac units. works with my gas furnace as well. I like the unit and all of its features, used phone from bed on cold morning to bring up the furnace temp. Very adjustable!!! can access it from house through my LAN in my garage. Better than the original and a fair price for the new tech. BUT.... noticed that the thermostat gets warm when I turn it off, about 9 degrees warmer than ambient temp. yes, the actual plastic case and screen get warm when I turn the unit off. STRANGE. Better to leave it on and set parameters to very low or very high so furnace or AC will not go on. 40 to 99 degrees. Contacted Micro-Air and they responded. Said that this is normal operation. When off draws about .5 amps, when on but set low draws about .25 amps. Static electricity causes it to restart, sometimes I"ve had to unplug to get it to restart. Micro-Air sent me a new unit as they suspected the old one was bad, but the new unit acts exactly the same. Over all, I like it and will keep it. But, expect to have to unplug the unit if you choose to store moho with out plugging in as it will draw down your batt.

      One of, if not THE best upgrade for your RV

      This thermostat installed so easy, I didn't even have to look at the instructions. Seriously. The hardest part of installing this unit was removing the stock Dometic T-stat.

      Before getting into the meat of the install, remove ALL power from the RV. Safety third! And save the adult beverages until AFTER the install.

      Word of advise, the instructions don't mention how to work the connector, which was a bit of a puzzle. You'll need a small flat-head jewelers screwdriver to remove the three wires (DO IT ONE AT A TIME AND MAKE NOTE OF THE WIRES YOU REMOVED'S MARKINGS), and a phillips to remove the old thermostat and install the new one. The old one's faceplate simply pops off the base, and it's just two screws, and off it comes. Measure and align your mount screws, transplant the wires one at a time (remember, the terminals on the EasyTouch are a pinch style, and you press the little nub above the terminal hole down before inserting wire and release to secure. Tug wire lightly to test connection). Connect your three wires, verify it works, and simply align it over the mounting tabs and install. It really is that easy.

      Programming it is even easier, although the WiFi setup could use a little improvement (being able to browse for access point instead of having to type it in would be a great improvement). And having it go directly to the thermostat when there's only one installed (as in my case) would be nice too. (gnat poo in pepper, I know!)

      Otherwise, it connected super easy, and when paired to a SoftStartRV and a Yeti 6000X, this is going to be a great summer of RV'ing! Not to mention, it will make my two dogs' nice and safe whenever I take them camping with me.

      I ask for a specific temperature and system stop before reaching it.

      Not working properly, I should have kept my old one but it died and not available anymore.

      It's actually a total loss, I will look for another solution.

      I've not kept the box so I can't even return it...

      The thermostat work very well. Had a problem with setting it up. Decided to give micro-air a call they spent 2 hours on the phone with me to figure out what I was doing wrong. Jess and Scott went up and beyond to make sure I was happy with their product. Could not be more thrilled with their customer service. Do not hesitate to use their thermostat.
