Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2025Recently had my 2020 KIA Sportage stolen, if you have the "upgraded software" to fix the theft issue well don't rely on it to protect you, the the criminals have already figured it out! I am not going to write it here to help those that don't know. The car was recovered about 7 days later, after a month of waiting we got it back. I looked into systems, watched numerous solutions and chose Carlock. I also added the Bluetooth sensor and mounted in the door. Customer service is excellent - I bought the unit a week before getting the car back and signed up for the service and installed the APP on my phone. I received and email for their customer service rep asking if I had issues since the car had not report GPS for a few days after service start. I explained that I signed up but had not received the car back, I also received another follow up email asking if they could assist. Again I explained that I did not yet have the car. I installed on the battery in less then 5 minutes and had system running. Works great, wife went out of town, set alarm and received notification of her entering, starting engine, hard braking, harsh acceleration and top speed for her return trip home. App is great, can be used to monitor new drivers as well since it allows some feature customization. Received message (very loud alert) within a few seconds of triggering of any monitored alert. Price on monitoring plans extremely reasonable for amount of features/benefits you receive. Highly recommend !!!
