Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2023I have Trackmate on all my Turo vehicles. The app is “okay” the desktop app is “good” the customer service is “GREAT!” These guys not only make themselves available to help you with any questions, they not only help you build your fences and alerts, they not only give you updates on upcoming product releases that will help make your hosting life better , they also check in on your account for you and will reach out and give you helpful tips.
Example: I have vehicles listed in San Antonio and there is always the smidgin of fear someone will break the rules and take them into Mexico. I talked to Trackmate about best ideas and we came up with some solutions. Out of the blue, like two weeks later they call me. “Ive been thinking about your situation and I thought, ‘let’s create some fences at border crossings’”. He had even gone in and added one as an example and researched how many crossings there was and had some ideas on fence size so we could be alerted before the cars crossed. That kind of service doesn’t exist. Beyond glad I went with them for my cars.
Oh, and they work great! Easy to monitor cars locations and vehicle speeds, battery life, gas tank levels, kill switch, etc.
