Just installed and works very nicely
I just installed this fan to replace the old one. It is well constructed and fits in very nicely. It did take some work to remove the old one and clean up all the caulking before installing the new one. A heat gun was the key to remove the old caulking. Fan had remote that mounts onto the wall. I like that the fan can blow out and in, depending on my needs. Fan is very quiet, even at full speeds. Make sure to use butyl tape to seal the joints, then self leveling sealer as final layer. Air flow is adequate for the job of circulating the air. Fan quality is very good.
