      We purchased this unit for our camper and used it one time and then it would no longer work. It was 2 days past the return window when I reached out to the seller and they have been absolutely no help in a refund or replacement. They sell faulty equipment, know it’s faulty and refuse to help. To be able to get suburban to cover replacement parts we have to go to a service center then the service center can file a claim. This has been more of a haste than you could imagine.

      Was very pleased with this product. Quick delivery. The only issue I had was the gas line was not on the same side as the one I replaced, no big deal just moved the line I had to that side. Overall, satisfied and would recommend.

      This heater was delivered in less than a week and I live in Alaska, this heater was easy to install all is needed was an extension of the fuel line, heater works great no problems at all for now and the temperature is - 3 degrees, i think i want to buy another one, thank you 👍

      This unit does not conform to NT 30 SP Suburban furnace as suggested .WHEN YOU attempt to contact Suburban for furnace you get car dealerships , I recommend you keep away unless you have the identical core other wise u have to rebuild the compartment and change gas fittings and exhaust ports
