    Really good quality. Installed very quickly. Does not come with New bolts. Wires were the perfect length for my setup. I was able to turn the power jack 90 degrees to the passenger side so I can let my tailgate down, all without modifications. Would like to have had the head facing the drivers side but the holes would not align. Vevor has never let ME down, just my Trailer.

      Item arrived when noted. It arrived undamaged (was a little concerned given the multiple reviews stating arrived damaged), as it appears they fixed their packaging. It was well protected, as the box was a little beat up, but it was in perfect shape. Easy install in 5 minutes and it was working! I bought the 4yr protection plan for additional $20. Mounted it facing the passenger side and my tailgate also clears and can fully open. It is a little slow, but it has an adjustable foot to minimize the travel needed. Highly recommend.

      My factory installed jack was giving me problems so I decided to replace it. Here were the 2 main issues:

      1. Grounding circuit was done through the jack body and frame, no separate ground wire. Jack would intermittently lose power due to poor contact ground.

      2. Could not open SUV lift gate as the jack body was in the way.

      3. No adjustment on the jack leg to extend lift.

      The Vevor jack solved all three issues and it has an additional 500# of lift capacity (4000#). I have bought other Vevor product and so far been pleased with the build and value. It was an easy install. The holes for the 90’ rotation lined up to the industry standard used by my old jack. Now the lift gate can be opened when hitched. The separate ground wire is attached to the frame with a treaded bold, so motor runs smoothly. Have adjustment on the leg make setting up quicker. The jack came with good instructions and nice accessories. Time will tell how it holds up, but I keep my jacks covered and protected from the elements.

      Highly recommend.

      installed it on 23ft 5500 lb rv a little slow but so much less work, because of the extra mounting holes I was able to mount it looking sideways, can now open my tailgate and much easier and to see and much safer and great price

      Get this and say goodbye to hand cranking your togue jack

      If you have an RV, especially if you use a WDH setup, you know how tedious raising/lowering the manual tongue jack can be. This electric jack solves all those problems. It also comes with a cover, but you need a way to secure it (Iused a bungee cord).

      To install it mine was three bolts out, and three bolts back in. The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts vs. 5 is because the wiring was about 18" too short to reach my tongue-mounted battery. That kind of irritated me, but I extended the wires and made it work.

      This low review is about the Vevor product and customer service I received and not about Amazon. Amazon immediately issues me a credit and return authorization. Well done and 5 stars to Amazon. Not so for Vevor.

      When I began to install this item I noticed the three screws that hold the plastic cover in place were missing. In addition it was clear there were no screw holes in the metal underneath! I opened a service ticket with Vevor to see if there was any solution to this problem. After a series of emails that expressed sadness for my "inconvenience" and that Vevor does not have a return policy (thankfully I used Amazon instead of purchasing directly from Vevor), I expressed that is wasn't the return I was concerned about it is that this was clearly a manufacturing and quality control miss on Vevor's part. There was no offer of any compensation or parts or any other solution to the problem which as the three screws and screw holes what were missing. I have told Vevor, and provided a 1 star review on their web site, that I will not consider other Vevor products due to this seemingly lack of concern on their part in the manufacturing and QA process of the manufacturer. I caution anyone purchasing a Vevor product that their manufacturing and QA process may provide the purchaser with an inferior product.
