I ordered this for my 2014 Toyota Tundra.

The included vehicle specific harness and switch mount fit perfectly.

It came with clear instructions, and support options.

I really like the fact that there is no bulky controller box hanging down from the dash for me to hit my knee on. The only indication that this is installed on my truck is the dash mounted adjustment knob, which does not look out of place at all.

I have not towed our travel trailer yet with this installed, but based on other reviews and the research that I did before purchasing, I am confident that it will perform satisfactorily.

Works great I have a 2018 Tacoma, the installation was easy. The unit works flawlessly.

Installation was straight forward. It is tucked under the dash, out of the way. The dash board button went in very easy. It's a really nice setup. Looks like it just belongs on the dash board. It works well. I set it at 5 to start and my first experience was "wow, this thing really works". I had to back it off a bit for low speed braking. Dialed it back up when on the highway.

Nice clean install via unused switch location in a 24 4Runner. Works well in controlling my trailer brakes. Much better than installing a larger controller above your knee.

Haven’t used the unit yet, but it was ordered as plug & play for my 2023 Toyota Tacoma, and that it was. No cutting, no splicing, no tracing out wires. Install took less than 10 start to finish including the knock out insert for the control knob.

Love the REDARC controller. Easy install in my Toyota, easy to use and adjust, HOWEVER!!! This kit does NOT come with the harness and blank plate as described. I have a feeling they USED to sell is that way as some of the older reviews indicate, but it most certainly DOES NOT come with it now. And the box it came in looked worn and tattered like it had been sitting in a box in a warehouse for a LONG time. But ... it works as it should, hence the 4 stars. But minus a star for the inaccurate description.

I upgraded from a Curt brand controller that would jerk really bad when slowed to about 5mph or less and no amount of gain or braking force adjustment would fix it. The Redarc Liberty is light years ahead of anything. Smooth, controlled braking with a learning mode and the factory look was everything my tundra needed and more. It came with the correct factory harness and an assortment of switch blank inserts to fit a variety of applications.

Great product. Installed it on to 2016 VW Touareg. Purchased this packaged because of wire harness that doesn't come with this product. Install was very easy. Connected in to an original connector hidden behind dash on the left of driver side. To connect to it use VW parts: 1J0972782 and two of 000979228E. Connect map is Pin 1 - White, 2 - Black, 3 - Red, 4 - Blue. To install switch carefully pry entire black plastic plate where light switch is. There is an empty space where you can easily drill 2 holes to fit white spacer and install switch. See photo. Install looks very clean. During install biggest challenge was to find a place to cable tie main unit under that dash.

Great product that fits nicely and neatly behind dash.

Adjustment knob is clean and fits perfectly in the dash buttons.

Should have purchased this sooner, well worth the money.

Works with my 2011 4runner, plug and play it takes a little time calibrating before got solid blue ligth, you just jave to be patience!

The only hate part is waiting, it say 2 days shipping and got late for 8 days and late another day again, trying to contact seller or porulator there both no response after so many attempt, you should improve your communication and expected date of delivery!
