This is a good product. We have a lot of client's in a vacation park. Their park model trailers take a beating all winter and then get cooked in the sun all summer. This is the best sealant I've found for tpo and rubber roof that trailers have. It is easy to apply and makes a nice solid patch.

I have tried a couple of other brands of lap sealant, and the results were simply not good. I recently installed an additional solar panel on my RV. I used a cheaper brand to save a few dollars, huge mistake! So, I decided to order Dicor and used it to finish the project and cover the other brand. The Dicor flows smoothly, it adheres great and the leveling is superb. It makes the project looks so much more professional, and I trust that it will do its job to seal and protect from leaks, etc. No more trying other brands, Dicor is the only lap sealant I will use in the future.

Product works great, Very easy to use and makes it possible to maintain your rv roof, I would say it’s definitely the brand to buy, I do think the tube could be constructed a little better as one of mine started leaking from the top as I was using it, Still got the job done and the product itself is great

Works excellent for rv roof. Levels nicely and creates a flexible water tight seal perfect for covering screws and going around objects like the antenna and satellite or anything else that would make using sealing tape a pain in the rear. Have used it many times and will continue to use it when needed.

I bought this Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant to do some maintenance on my 2021 Shasta 25RB, and it worked absolutely great. It is incredibly easy to apply with a standard caulking gun and flows smoothly to completely seal the seams.

The sealant sets up very well and dries to a durable, waterproof finish that gives me total peace of mind against leaks. If you need to reseal the vents or edges on your RV, I highly recommend keeping a tube of this handy!

RV Roof Sealant That Self-Levels and Stays Flexible

Used this Dicor sealant on my RV roof edges and around vents—self-levels smoothly with no tooling needed. HAPS-free formula is pleasant to work with, and it skins over in about 5 minutes. After a year of desert sun and monsoon rains, it remains flexible and watertight with no cracking or discoloration. Only note: keep mineral spirits handy for cleanup, and remember it's for horizontal surfaces only.

Great product and smooths out nice and flat. When they say self levelling they mean it. Don’t try to use on anything vertical. Used with dicor roof repair tape and then redid as many things on the roof that I could with what I had left, wish I had bought a other tube. I’ve heard mixed thoughts on removing old sealant before applying new vs just cover the old stuff. Well my old stuff was in good shape except the expected weather checking and cracks so I just went over the old stuff to maintain water integrity. It went over the old just fine and adhered well so far as I can tell. It smoothed the sealant our like new and removed the water traps. If I had a leak I would probably remove the old sealant and start from new but for touch ups, like I said, buy lots!

Dicor self-leveling caulk is fantastic and very easy to use. I own a 40’ diesel pusher, and it cost me around $200 to redo all the caulking. I probably could have done it for less, but I didn’t want to be stingy with the amount I used. I’m glad I didn’t — now I have peace of mind knowing my roof is sealed up and protected for years to come.

The self-leveling feature makes the finish look smooth and professional, even if you’re not an expert. If you’ve been neglecting your RV roof, this product is an absolute must. Well worth the investment!

A tip for newbies, cut the tip on an angle but close to the tube (the thick part). You will be laying the caulk on thick and don’t need a fine line as you would with a normal caulking job.

This self levelling lap sealant is amazing! I used it to attach my Maxxair fan onto my EPDM roof on my tiny home and I have no fear of leakage. It has lasted through snow/rain/ ice storms, extreme heat/ cold temperatures. I am very impressed.
