Easy replacement for the same style lamp. 2 wires and 2 screws and you are done. I mainly upgraded due to the lens being held on with screws rather than snapping in place and falling out. Light is very bright and works well at night. Amber lens is perfect and not blinding while camping. I expect the led to last for a long time.

Great replacement of our old light, which was also LED but took a dump after like 6 years...anyways, this light works great and you have two color options!! Super easy install too!!

This is a nice bright RV outside light. I had one near my hitch that went bad and the light over the door went out also. I bought this to replace the hitch light and an led bulb to replace the regular bulb over the door. This is so much brighter than the old one or replacement bulb. For a few dollars more I could have had a better porch light. The only issue is that the mounting holes were slightly different than the original so I had to plug the old holes and drill new. The fixture covers the old holes though so you can't tell it's not original.

The light is very bright and will be a great value for the money as long as it lasts several seasons. The one useless/pain in the ** item is the provided foam gasket between the cover and base of the light. By design, the cover will be off to install the light base; use the adhesive sealant of your choice for that task. Then you get to fiddle around with the foam gasket, cover, two very small screws, and a screwdriver as you attempt to complete the assembly.

Regardless of the location of your light, that part of the process will suck! (you'll see). Toss the gasket save time and use a dab of adhesive sealant around each of the small light cover screw holes PRIOR to putting the cover on. I am not overly concerned with leakage from the outer edge/lip of the cover (where the gasket would be) since it is inset a bit. If you are, try some petrolatum like product smeared where the gasket would be (from about the 8 to 4 p.m. location, CW direction), and you should be fine.

Easy to replace old incandescent light. Used a 5 in 1 tool to remove old caulk after taking the old light off. Wired new one in and affixed it to the motorhome. Caulked the new light with Alex Caulk to keep out moisture. Looks great.

I just got back from camp after using the motorhome. I leave to hunt around 0600. There is no light around the camp. This light is it. Worked perfectly. What I liked about it is that an LED uses less energy. Produces more light with out the heat of an incandescent light.

The light that they had up on camper was not an l l.E.D and it melted this one's perfect.It's cool to the touch.It's excellent

The light was a near perfect replacement and super easy to install. I like that it has a clear and an amber lens - easy to interchange. Also, a very good price compared to others.

Pay attention to hole spacing. We are new to campers and didn’t even think of it. I was lucky I knew someone who could put new holes and caulk the walls.

It arrived well before the expected date and came with 2 lenses, clear and amber. It was a pretty simple install on my trailer because it fit perfectly in place after I removed the original one. A bead of silicone around the edges and it was done. I did however have a bit of an issue with the gasket around the edge of the lens. It took quick a bit of time to align the edges so water wouldn't seep in around the lens. I finally ended up using a fine bead of silicone along the top edge of the lens because I didn't fully trust the gasket.
