Fabulous System
Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2025I have this system on our Class A motorhome with 6 shoes on the ground. The system works great and is cheap insurance for the peace of mind. I installed the repeater unit in one of the back compartments that runs off the coach 12V system. I've only ever had one instance where it lost communication with a tire and that was once the very first year, never again. The battery life is great, too. I take them off and remove the batteries between outtings, so I'm sure that helps. But still, four years later and I finally had to replace one of the batteries. Amazing. I would definitely recommend this system to anyone for their RV.

Safety is key
Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2022Tire Minder has given me a peace of mind knowing that I'll be alerted to a tire that may be failing on our RV or towed vehicle or trailer. This device is very easy to install, is well worth the price and the charge on the receiving monitor last for about 10-12 hours when not plugged in. Yes it may on occasion give a false alert but does correct itself . On a total trip of about 1100 miles I had one false reading that I definitely knew was false as it was on a steer tire , but slowed, stopped and checked with it resetting itself

Great item to have but lacks when RV and toad are separated
Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2023No more blindly driving with knowing about tire issues until it is too late
This is a great system with a few shortfalls
It switches between the RV and the toad at regular intervals
It will alarm when a tire pressure or temperature goes outside of spec (temps and pressures specs are individually adjustable)
It will alarm when the signal is lost for the toad. This is a pain if you take the RV without the toad, you will get alarms and 0 pressure and signal lost. I am not aware of an override to turn the toad off. After a while the alarm mutes itself.
I ended up getting the cap version without the pass through. This was because the passthrough version sensor does not fit into the gaps of the rim.
The signal booster is designed with alligator clips for power. They have it connected to the battery 24/7. I personally do not like this design, it should be on a keyed circuit or switched. I installed mine with a toggle switch.

Great peace of mind for my motor home and tow vehicle.
Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2025I purchased the 10 sensor model. The relay was easy to install and necessary for my 6 wheel motor home and my tow flat tow vehicle. I can read the tire pressure's easily and the unit has a rechargeable battery. It was easy to set up on all my tires and the battery on the sensors have lasted for 6 months so far. Spare batteries are included as well. the sensors haven't leaked and appear very well made.

It works extremely well on my semi truck
Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2024I brought this back in February of 2023. I've written with this setup for over 300k miles.... And I can definitely vouch for its durability and functionality ... I did have to play around with where I put the rhino extender but once I got it to the perfect spot no more loss of signals to the tires it's in the back of my cab behind the fairing..... I did just need to replace the wire from the rhino to the battery. It must have shorted... I recommend that you use black tape on it as I did now when repaired.... I would also recommend that You get the sensors with the pass-through for air. I really regret not getting them. It makes adjusting the tire pressure. Much easier. Also, you can hold the monitor and watch the pressure to get it perfect.... I saw a lot of cheaper versions of this, but the reviews and the fact that it was a USA based company CONVINCE ME to buy from them and I definitely do not regret my decision.. as a commercial truck driver, it is a big relief to know exactly what my tire pressure is and if my wheels are overheating a blowout can be fatal... It monitors for both tire pressure and temperature... Anyone that pulls a trailer or has a large vehicle needs this and definitely all semi trucks should at the very least monitor two steer tires

Great Add-on to the Motorhome
Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2026These are another life saver - we use them on our Class C motorhome and it is good to know how the tire inflation is doing as we go down the road.

Not as good as I thought!
Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2021Got this TireMinder i10 with 10 transmitters, 6 on my class C and 4 on the tow car. I’m currently taking a trip from Florida to Colorado just with the class C for the first time after the installation, the result is disappointing. I installed them all according to the instruction, fairly easy. All signals picked up on the monitor, but once they are in use, running at 65~75 mph, things start to happen. At first, they were showing on the monitor, I thought everything worked. After some time, I noticed a few of the numbers weren’t changing. If they are all set at 60psi, they should all increase to between 62-68 while driving, but a couple of them wouldn’t move. After maybe 30 minutes, NS (no signal) warning stated.. So all the readings before NS were just bogus. If the tires happen to go bad in that 30 minutes while I was still seeing some false readings before the NS, how was I supposed to react? At most, 3 out of the 6 on my class C showed NS while driving. If I stopped for gas, some of them may pick up the reading again and would go NS after some time.
I mounted the monitor on the top of the windshield at driver side, even the front right transmitter showed NS when it was about 5 to 7 ft away. I cannot trust the numbers I see cuz I don’t know they may go NS later….
I will try to return them and would not recommend this product in my RV forum.
UPDATE on 9/18 - by the time I return from my trip, it has past the return date. One of the transmitters is now showing hi pressure signal/false alarm, even I detached it from the tire. Sometimes it even shows over 130psi. Since I can no longer return it, I’ll keep posting all the problems it gives me in my future trips. More updates to come.

Doesn't work all of the time.
Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2026I had such high hopes for this TPMS, and it ranked highly wherever I looked. However, we just took our first long trip and the controller loses connection with some of the same sensors after we've been traveling for a while. When we stop, I guess that they have a chance to cool (or something) because when I start the Class A up again, all of the sensors are there. Then, again, after a while, some of the same 5 sensors start dropping out 1 by 1.

Reviewed in Canada on October 23, 2024BOUGHT THIS FOR OUR CLASS A MOTORHOME AND TOW VEHICLE, HAD A BLOWOUT ON THE TOW VEHICLE ON THE INTERSTATE, NO WARNING FROM THE MONITOR AT ALL! WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN WE HAD A BLOWOUT AT ALL IF IT WASN’T FOR THE PASSING DRIVERS LETTING US KNOW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS WE TRUSTED THIS SYSTEM.

Amazon Customer4 out of 5 starsDoes it work from my trailer to my truck cab?
Reviewed in Canada on June 13, 2023Installation was easy. Not sure why they had alligator clips on the end of the wires for the transmitter? They would make installation easier but they would not stay on your battery. I cut them off and installed ring connectors to go to my terminals. Only upgrade I would make is add a switch inline with the transmitter. I did this because I don’t want the transmitter getting power all the time. The other upgrade I would make is the bracket assembly for the monitor I would make it so it can swivel at the joint where the monitor attaches. Where I have it mounted the screen is at a 15 degree angle. It is readable but it would be nice to have it level.

Topper1 out of 5 starsNo service from seller. Beware
Reviewed in Canada on March 10, 2026I installed this on my motorhome. After I installed it I noticed 1 tire lost air overnight. I called tire service and they came and found no problem with the tire they said it was probably the valve senser. Charge $100. So I didn't use it on the one tire. We only made 1 trip and it constantly disconnected. The whole trip 1 or more tired would lose connection. I emailed them about my concern and nothing ended up getting done. Over a year later we went on another trip and same thing. I contacted the manufacturer and asked if they would replace the one sensor and the extender because there are no lights on it and maybe that's the problem. After paying $700 for this you would think they would offer service according to there 3 year warranty. They don't, they answered my first email and have ignored every other one. So forget service. It's alot of money to spend with no service.
