I loved the COSORI pot. It cooks quickly, saves time and the food tastes very good. The controls are easy to understand and cleaning is also super simple. I have used it for rice, meats and soups, and everything is well cooked. In addition, the design looks modern and of good quality. It has definitely been a very good purchase for the kitchen.

I'm highly impressed with this Cosori Pressure Cooker, it is so easy to clean, the instructions make of ease of use, and the product quality is excellent.

Over the summer this will become one of my most utilized kitchen appliances, its compatability and versatility will make it a heat saving, energy saving little gem over the hot AZ summer. It is so durable and adapts to multiple different cooking needs, that I can honestly see my being able to dispense with other pieces of kitchen equipment, that will I'm sure become unused as this gem of a pleasure Cooker is fast becoming my go to cooking pot.

First experience with a 9 in 1 ever, and I love it! This 6 QT appliance is a dinner saver when one has no time or not enough for a meal preparation. It is very easy to use, very intuitive, and there are plenty of recipes on the net. I have made already a lot of soups, stews, and brown basmati rice cooking (20 min).

The last dish was a mongolian chicken in the pressure cooker for 5 min high pressure (no keep warm function) with 10 min NPR (letting sit the presdure cooker to release the steam "naturally"). I love its big capacity when I make soup or goulash, etc. The 9 in 1 means it this appliance can replace 9 of them:

pressure cook, rice cooker, steamer, sterilizer, sous-vide, slow-cooker, instant cooker, yogurt maker and chauffe-assiettes. One can saute the ingredients first. Very easy to use, and it is also a big space saver on the counter. Presets include porridge, oat, stew/broth, ferment (if you make surdough bread)...

To be honest, it is the first appliance I enjoy washing. No risks of elbow grease wasted thanks to the ceramic pot. I wash by hand though.

For the price it costs, one should buy it, even I f like me, you have always felt a bit scared by pressure cooker. This one is electric and safe. If something wrong, it stops. The Seal/Vent button is away from the steam release valve so no risk to burn your fingers when releasing the steam which is angled released to prevent burns. That being said, always be vigileant, never open the lid of a pressure cooker full of steam without activating the steam release button!!! The included booklet must be read before use, it is great for instructions, recipes and safety.

Great appliance, functionality and price! Do not hesitate, it is a steam steal!

Me ha gustado mucho, tiene lindos acabados y las instrucciones súper claras, eso sí, solo en inglés y francés por ser importada. Es fácil de usar y muy intuitiva, al principio te pide que hagas una prueba y eso me parece genial para corroborar que todo funcione correctamente. La recomiendo mucho y se nota la calidad y por el precio está súper bien.

This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options,functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use.

Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the 'Saute' and 'Rice' programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes - perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven!

Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out )

The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean too

I cant wait to try more programmes and the 'Delay Start' timer in the next few days!

If you're pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I'd say go for it, its really great value for money!
