I bought this filter for our outside water. There is so much rust and tannins and sulfur in the water. We use the water for my plants and also to rinse fish off at our fish processing station. The filters work great and you can't smell any sulfur and it is very clear with no rust. I am buying some more for the other outside faucets. The filters didn't change the water flow at all, no water odor and the fit was fine. Super easy to install. I don't get paid for reviews or anything 🙃... just wanted to share honestly.

These are my go-to water filters for my outdoor hoses. Use these mainly to water plants all around the home. Ever since switching to these, my plants have been drinking up more than usual and plants look much greener. I don't have any issues with clogging and water flows. Well. Installation is easy by just snapping on at the water outlet and connecting your hose to it. Drinking the water is actually fine. Reduces the overall chlorine taste and is very safe to drink in my opinion. Overall, with the four pack and considering the cost of other brands, this is a very good value and would recommend.

Update: After buying the most expensive brands and still getting the same results, I have to say that these filters are the best quality and quantity for the price. I live in a campground that has terrible water and have tried different filters, because of the water quality none of them last longer than 2 weeks. At least with these you get more for your money! I live in a camper on a campground where the water is so horrible that if I do not have a filter it smells terrible. I never drink the water or even give it to my dog, so the idea of having a filter was one I have considered and after looking at the reviews I thought this would be a great deal. But so far I've only had the filters for a little over a month and I'm about to be on my third one. It may just be the water system that they have here on the campground I've never smelled water this bad but for me I will need a stronger filter that last longer. Especially for everyday use. I will say that it does work really good temporarily and if you're in a place that doesn't have horrible water then they will probably last you a lot longer but for me I just need something more.

I have always been concerned about watering my garden with city water and recently I began raising worms. So I bought this filter to up my game a little. And I wanted to know how well this filter works so I bought a “residual chlorine test kit”. This test kit will show concentrations of 0.1 ppm to 2.0 ppm. Do not buy the test strips that restaurants use, they test for levels from 0 - 200 ppm and are unreliable for low concentrations. I tested water from my garden hose with the in line filter. It showed 0.1 - 0.2 ppm. I filled a 5 gallon bucket from my garden hose and let it sit on the porch most of the day. It showed 0.00 ppm. I tested my city water direct from the tap. It showed 0.8 - 1.0 ppm. So this filter is not perfect, but it does a really good job at removing chlorine. And I can test the water from my hose periodically to decide when it’s time to replace the filter.

These are equal in quality and performance to the more expensive ones -- get these and save $$

It dropped my tds reading by 20 ppm, I have it inline with a mixed bed d.i. system. Good product for the money!

Please work really well! I drink my tap water all the time now. It tastes just like purified water because it is!

I picked these up to use with my pressure washer specifically for washing cars. If you deal with hard water, you know the struggle of trying to dry the car fast enough before the spots start baking on.

Since I started using these filters, the difference has been night and day. It does an amazing job at filtering out the junk that usually leaves those annoying white rings behind. It makes the whole drying process way more forgiving because the water left on the paint is actually clean.

Works well, last 3month+ on a household kitchen needs (drinking water, coffee machine, and hand washing), and works well under city tap water pressure. Flow is very good too.

Work well, easy to fit

Excellent product. We use these at the lake on our fifth wheel where the water is quite rusty. It filters all of that out, including the smell and makes the water much more pleasant to use.

Works so well when hooking up my hose to fill my caravan up. Actually drastically changed the flavour of the water. Really easy to use!

These are good filters for removing foul tastes and odors but do not rely on them for removing bacteria or heavy metals. I use these as a pre-filter before my Camco filter. Change every 3 months
