This is my third portable toilet. I had a top of the line Thetford, a Dometic, and now this one. The Thetford was very nice, but took up too much floor space, so I then got a Dometic. The Dometic had a nice small footprint, but the flushing was terrible. I ended up using a bottle of water to flush. But the worst thing was when the seal that gets pulled open for using got off it’s rails and had to be pulled out from under - not a pleasant operation. It continued to come off the rails until I got rid of it and bought the Seaflo. I got the Seaflo because it has a small footprint, but what a great toilet! The flushing is better than the Dometic and even the Thetford. You pull the knob up and press down instead of pumping like with the Dometic. Usually one press does the trick, thereby using a lot less water to flush. I like the cube shape also because it makes it easier to make a cover for it. The top portion comes off the bottom much easier than the Dometic and secures better. It is well made too. On top of all that, it cost less than the other two. Highly recommended!

Works as described.

Wow. Bucket not so capable. Add water...drop some in base with trap open. Then do your business. Pump water into;bowl watch as it cleans debris.

I purchased this to use in the very small travel trailer that I recently bought. I tested it in my home to be sure it was going to work well, before putting it in my trailer to use on a trip. I bought some liquid made for RV toilets which both disinfects and helps break down toilet paper and solid waste. I set up the toilet according to the instructions. They were easy to follow, and everything worked as expected.

A couple of minor cons:

The latches which hold the clean water and the dirty water tanks together are a bit awkward, to use, but only a bit, and there really isn’t any place else they could be located.

If you don’t have a hose, filling the clean water tank would be easier with a funnel, as the opening isn’t particularly wide. But again, not at all a major problem.

The flush handle is kind of recessed, and is much easier to get ahold of if you lift both the lid and the seat. My small fingers can get a grip on it just fine, but someone with a larger hand might have a little bit of trouble with it.

The handle which pulls out to open the dirty tank to allow the waste to drop through is located on the front of the toilet, basically right between your feet if you are sitting on it. It’s an awkward location, I think it would be much easier if that was on one side. I realize that having it on the side might limit where some people could put the toilet, because that side of the toilet would have to be accessible. Having that handle pulled out while you are sitting means that you have to be careful not to catch it with your clothing when you stand up….

On the plus side, there were absolutely no odors in my home. When there was a bowel movement in the toilet, before many flushes had taken place, there was a slight aroma when the cover into the waste tank was opened the next time. I simply flushed a couple of extra times to add more water to the tank, and the next time the toilet was used, there was no noticeable odor.

I set the toilet on a waterproof pad, just to be sure, but there were absolutely no leaks or drips.I’m quite happy with this purchase.

I got the smallest of the options, the 2.6 gallon size. It is, as advertised, quite low to the ground. I am 5‘3“ tall and if I didn’t have good knees, I would have a hard time getting up from it. I purchased the smallest one on purpose because my trailer is very small and has very little storage. But anyone with any kind of physical problem, might want to get a taller one. Read the measurements before purchasing and be sure to get one you can actually use!

Definite needs for out on the water!!

05/28/26 Update:

The leak appears to be a manufacturing issue—one of the factory workers is not properly tightening the upper ring. When I was getting ready to return the product, I noticed the top ring was about two turns loose. After tightening it, it worked perfectly.

Because of the inconvenience and the impact it had on my trip, I’ll still want to leave a one-star review, but I won’t be returning it and I now rated it 5 stars. For anyone else purchasing this, I strongly recommend that you check the top and bottom parts right out of the box and make sure the upper ring is securely tightened—hand-tight is all that’s needed.

After reading many reviews mentioning leaks, I suspect this may be due to improper assembly at the factory.

Leaks between tanks. If you leave any fluid before pulling the flush handle, it leaks slowly. Luckily we tested with clean water. I tried reseating it, checking the seals but still leaks. I called their support number, it is a voicemail but they also have text number and no one responded. Returning.

Bought this for my popup, which actually does have a toilet, but I couldn't get it to flush the last time I used it. Took this to my campsite over the weekend. Used the Campo citrus tablet in it. It got a lot of use y two adults over the course of three days, was only about half full. Didn't empty it until we got home, and I was concerned it might leak, but the seal held perfectly. It didn't smell up the camper at all. Cleanup was fairly easy; just emptied the waste tank into my house toilet and washed it out in the bathroom (yes, I needed some brain bleach afterwards). It was easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean, sturdy, and portable, so that I can use it other than in the camper if needed. Compared to the built-in, this thing was a breeze.

Mais en fait, Il correspond pile poil à mon attente, léger et ne prend pas de place, vraiment très étanche alors que j'étais en mode 4x4 sur des dunes, facile à nettoyer et confortable malgré que l'assise est étroite (je fais 1M90 pour 110kg).
