      Works great. Fans are a bit loud when they turn on but as this is in a service van, extra noise is not a problem. Don't know I would want it in an RV or off grid residential application as the noise is pretty loud

      Excellent Inverter Does exactly what I need it to do

      I got this inverter today and immediately hooked it up in my RV. I got this inverter to power the 10,000 BTU air conditioner and the microwave in my RV while boon-docking without a generator. It does that flawlessly. I saw power draw up to 80% on the panel meter when running the air conditioner alone. The battery voltage went from a reading of 12 volts, on the panel, down to 11.9 volts after 20 minutes of operation. I also tested the microwave while the air conditioner was on at the same time. I did not note the power draw when both were running at the same time though. I have (3) 12 volt, lead acid, deep cycle marine batteries connected in the system. All 3 batteries are connected in parallel, with the last battery connected directly to the power inverter. I then connected the RV power cable (using an adapter) directly to the power inverter. This provides inverter power to the 120V outlets in the RV. In order for this to work efficiently, I turned off the converter/charger circuit breaker in the RV. That allows the power inverter to operate without cycling the converter/charger needlessly. During the whole 20 minutes I had this in operation today, the power from the inverter was exactly 120 volts steady and did not drop at all. I am happy with this inverter and how it performs so far. This inverter does everything that it is supposed to do. With only a 20 minute test so far, I cannot attest to durability but based on what I have seen so far, but I think it will perform well.

      So far it seems to function as it should.

      However, if you are placing it in or near a living area be aware that the fan is very NOISY!

      Power is way overrated. This inverter tripped multiple times at around 1100-1200 watts during startup of a 700 watt microwave. After reinstalling the old inverter only rated at 1500 watts, we experienced no more problems.

      The build quality on this inverter feels solid, and it has some real weight to it, which gives confidence in the internal components.       This is far the most efficient inverter Ive researched ever the company executed the manufacturing process without a fault, I looked..you should know that 2000watts is the most you can expect from a 12v inverter...without great risk and expense...you would go with a 24v.or 48v.inverter beyond 2000watts ..also you are provided with a nice wire to get you running out of the box...but if you need to run at full chooch 2000watts you will need 00 awg or 0000 awg wires equal length an don't mix lengths or gauge thickness.,well I'm satisfied for what I spent and the performance is perfect ...if anything comes up I'll check back with updates
